Anyone with knowledge of ASX procedures know what happens if the Company simply fails to make contact with them in a situation like this?
I understand that the suspension was in place until this morning because Condor 'expects to be in a position' to provide further information but at this stage, nothing seems to have been forthcoming. I also understand that this was an 'expectation', not an ironclad guarantee of information. What sort of grace period is there before the ASX does something? I am guessing they would try and contact Condor but the last week or so, a lot of people on here have been saying that no-one is picking up the phone at Condor's end. Wonder if that has something to do with Peter Dunoon appearing to no longer work out of the Condor office.
