Well if bcp is stuck with with less than 70 percent. Can they in future get the directors to do recapitalisation and if bcp buys and get to 75 percent they can change constitution. Is there any way to stop this or we 38 percent holders now have no say. Also have the top 10 holders sold. Shud we not get asx announcement if they have sold out to bcp.
