When i spoke to Colin a month ago he explained the process.If favourable to bck they expect an appeal which may require further info.The process has has to be resolved within a period of time.May mean going to court again to provide info to the judge.He expects that process to be finalised by xmas.If it can't then be resolved they go back to arbitration which then determines the outcome.That process to be finalised by Easter.They have all confidence in the process as the govt set up terms
