If it never traded agaIn, it would just be maintaining the status quo. That doesn't seem to be what the directors have in mind though, so if it does trade again (which I think is likely, but perhaps not in the next short while), it will be a good omen for its future. i.e. They're not likely to get it to the point where it's worth it starting to trade again, only to see it tank.
