It seems they have their own interest at heart at this point in time for whatever reasons.
Whatever shares you had in the old niagara were halved.
This went fromm 22c to $1.80 on the old niagara sructure.
Even if this was still at 1.80 you would have half of the shares you started with.
So if you had 20000 at 1.80 NIA 36000
Now you would have 10000 POS 1.80 18000
mmmmmmm
Someone made alot of money not the shareholders though.
