    I couldn't say for sure but the only reasons would be as follows

    Uncertainty around completion of the takeover

    Trading against the discrepancies in market price and takeover price

    Speculation that another offer could come in from another Operator

    All of which are basically not relevant at this stage of things. So in short I have no idea
