how very true. The begining of the end of the US empire (or whatever you want to call it, world superpower etc) began some time back & this little excursion has placed the acelerator closer to the floor.
about 6 months ago I attended a lecture at Curtin Uni by the chap who predicted the fall of the Berlin wall 10 years before it happened. He was out by 2 months.This talk was on the US & he said that because of ( he gave 4 main reasons & 15 sub reasons) these reasons he thought the US as a superpower had about 10 years left & so all this carry on is another leak in the dyke.Look out when the dyke breaks.
