Its a JV, excess above working capital does get returned to jv partners whether that's though dividends or whatever
The other business and exploration /evaluation assets is where LOM has been spending its return of capital and profits from the joint venture " dividends "
If that hadn't been occurring from the successful alluvial production then it would be shareholders tipping in even more money to fund operations and keep the company afloat
