Thanks Richard. While your posts are long but they are always welcomed. I always ensure I have a warm drink in hand so I can take it all in. They are an educational piece and I (and am sure others) enjoy learning from your posts. From reading your posts I have concluded that the detailed decisions from the TPO could be important going forward. I note that it has been over a month and they are still not published. Here's hoping we will see something from the TPO this week.
