I did have to laugh when RG went on about the people they used wrote the book on M&A, just look how that has worked out for him. If he had started with an offer of say even $1.50 this delisting etc would have been ancient history by now as he would have easily reached his 90% ownership. This last 12% he is chasing has dragged out and become an embarrassing mess for him and his reputation. Their is also the possibility the last 12% will cost him more than the first 88%, lets hope so. I'm sure his legal team are laughing all the way to the bank with the amount of time this has taken. There hasn't been anything quick or clinical about any of this.
