The problem with all these valuation methods is they correctly deem the intrinsic value to be much higher than what the share trades at today. For that reason it was an easy decision to transfer my shares into my personal name. I guess we'll have to see if RG makes an acceptable offer in a year or less because that may impact the tax situation.
