After holding firm throughout this whole sorry saga, I liquidated my (very) smallholding today at a loss.

Like many of you I was disappointed – but not surprised - that neither the takeover panel nor the ASX responded to well-reasoned appeals for action against what seemed like clear breaches of duties/protections to shareholders.

In the end I weighed up the uncertainty and administrative overhead of holding a small unlisted parcel against being able to offset the loss against some gains realised this FY and decided to bail out.

My great thanks to those who have given generously of their time and knowledge to keep this forum informed and “wargame” possible paths through.

In particular to williamteddy for his many hours spent combing through the records at CS then posting his findings here and richardwth whose considered and balanced pieces informed and educated.

Finally to the many others who contributed and commented in a largely constructive and civil manner and make this a pleasant corner of the internet to spend time.

To those who continue to hold though the next period I wish you well and trust your patience will pay dividends (and CGs?) when it comes out the other side.
