" For SMSF (our holding), I see only two additional requirements IMHO. 1. Does the trust deed specifically disallow unlisted shares - in our deed there is no mention of listed or unlisted shares, just shares. 2. The shares must be valued every year for the audit - there are many methods of doing this but will depend on the amount of information forthcoming from the PACT board.
