Re board approval for a lowball t/o offer: I think he'd sound them out unofficially and if they Vorster or Randall weren't supportive he could bide his time and seek to have them replaced. Agree that without IV going ahead that Stokes would be unlikely to initiate anything anyway. IMO, the ST price of IOH is all about the AuD and Fe spot price.
