No doubt holders have considered this question and the fact that this hasn't been discussed in any detail yet is probably due to a reluctance to show SGH your cards. Nonetheless, I think a discussion on the subject as to what might be considered a fair and reasonable offer is in the circumstances appropriate. The financial position that NXS management has put us in is unsustainable and does not allow NXS to exploit its assets.

Happy to hear other holders views on the subject but ATM I think I would give serious consideration to a script offer that enables me to see some upside in the future and with a MC of around $2500mm this would not be dilutive for SGH. I would be prepared to give serious consideration to such an offer on the basis of a minimum value on NXS shares of 10cps. Clearly some may prefer cash to SGH script. Happy to hear holders views on this.
