IMO it is moot whether SGH can increase the offer or not . Their whole set of actions demonstrate their only intention was to steal the company's assets from the current shareholders.

If the Nexus Battle Team and Andy Grieg can shine the light on them and rebuff their thieving attempts, then they will scurry away into the dark like the rats they have shown themselves to be...but beware, because if the consequence is NXS goes into administration &/or liquidation, they will be back to try and feast on the remains of NXS at as cheap a price as they can.

As for DV and LDM, if our corporate regulator had any balls at all these two would be up on charges already ... but its much easier and cleaner to go after high profile insider trading (NAB and ABS schmucks), then actually try and address the maloderous stench coming from the goings on over the last year in the NXS boardroom.
