    You are incorrect and need to check the definitions in the Placing Agreement.

    The "Company" in the Placing Agreement is CHRL. ref the first line in the notice and in the definitions.

    Any convertable loan note required will be issued by CRHL to Creat Group.

    Creat has not guranteed anything directly with GXY.
