(1) I assume that you have conceded on the point that Creat Group did not underwrite the CRHL issue and
(2) I assume that you have conceded ,now,on the point that Creat Group Holdings Ltd has made a guarantee to GXY, but
CRHL has not.

No matter what happens with the Capital raising by CRHL,success or failure,that Creat Group Company Ltd will guarantee the $27.5 Million to GXY,one way or another.

You are wrong on both counts.
