    Hot money, momentum traders, call it what you like.

    Housing on the up and up.

    I'm looking a little further 'downstream' and been buying Nick Scali (NCK) recently. Once people have their nice new house, they tend to fill it with nice new furniture. Still attractive PE, and a great RoE. Stepping up the roll out of new stores as well.
