Nonsensical by your own argument Don, the reality will mean very few projects will attract any further funding, perhaps even Moly who probably needs to scale back to 10/12ktpa but level of CapEx will make the OpEx too high to attract the funds to complete Phase 1.
Only a handful of the very best Dy HRE prospects will be developed as the required tonnages aren't that huge.
Lynas will survive the next 12 months and go from strength to strength in following years on the basis of first mover, grades, product suite & OpEx plus Duncan
