Is that what Morrison was doing? Was he telling the woman he is blessed
that he doesn't have her problem ? If so what an insensitive thing to do.

The correct thing to have done is to address her concerns about cuts to the help
her son received under the NDIS. The women was not complaining or wanting pity
about her son having a condition that needed to be managed, but rather about the
the basis for the cuts that were made.
