UXC is not really similar to Atlassian at all - generally because Atlassian is a software services organisation that develops a suite of products (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). UXC's business is structured as Managed Services, Consulting, and Applications. The Apps side of UXC is not a development house but more of a re-seller and implementation arm of other apps (e.g. SAP, Dynamix, Oracle etc.).
The only part of UXC that comes close would be UXC Keystone. . . .but they also are much more reseller than developer, and they don't produce software from scratch.
