With sizeable sales beginning in a few months, say going from 3000 courses per month to 8000 courses per month by June '09, just interested in comments about expected PE ratio for an income earning Bio. company. 10? 15? or 20?
If 8000 courses are being sold by June '09 then I have earnings at 20c per share (300m). A PE of 15 would put it at $3.00. for FY 09-10. Or should the PE be lower?
