by a stroke of luck, watso discovered the hidden phone number .. and can receive calls .. .. for outgoing calls, watso goes to his outdoor office (the phone box around the corner) where he can make free phone calls to numbers anywhere in australia ...
if watso wants to cut back on the $35/month for the internet .. then watso can always use the service provided by the local library - but of course the library is not open all the time... but the good news is that telstra are rolling out free wifi from phone boxes .. ie 24/7 .. open all hours ..
