Todays ARQ announcement detailing that its stake in ADI had increased from 17.5M to 33.9M shares detailed that 7.65M were from a share placement(?????), while a further 8.75M were converted options ARQ now holds more than 30% of ADI. Will ARQ takeover ADI. ADI needs to get some announcements out about the future of its relationship with ARQ (hostile or friendly) and change in significant holdings.
