I am totally with you regarding msb as a treatment.
my point was that at least for now, fda and only fda matters for msb as it is the market it needs to prove itself ( and hence profit and sp).
the other markets require rich people, I get that, but we r talking about a highly specific niche. so how many rich kids have GVHD in those markets?
