nothing better than placing an order (phone, email or web) to have that executed in 1 business day...... lol.... and then getting the money by check in the mail (yanks still love cheques btw).
if old mate knows which registry it will be then why not tell punters???? cos then when they ask their aussie brokers if the US participant of the aussie broker can actually talk to that registry to get the shares transferred they can actually get an accurate answer to the question.
