If you do not take a longer term view on SDL, two things will happen:
1. You will sell, and unlikely to be around for when the "unexpected" will happen.
2. You will drive yourself crazy. In this case you may as well sell and forget about investing as no share that I have seen that has made it to what potential SDL has, did not provide some opportunities to get stressed and abandon ship.
If you want to have a go at guessing when SDL mgmt decide to hit the go button, then good luck. That is the risk. We know that things are in serious play now.
