Dargie,I see what you are saying,why would a cornerstone shareholder want to be diluted by Beppa turning into equity at a later stage.The devil is in the detail and we will probably have some idea on friday. I must say owning BBI/Beppa over the last 2 years has been a steep learning curve,and a white knuckle ride. A stampede ,in the right direction,would round out the whole affair and make it one of the most interesting,frustrating,anxious,and exhilarating rides i have been on.
