IMO any suiter will move quickly once a successful frac is completed. S/p will probably be anywhere from low teens to mid 20s and a takeover offer would most likely be somewhere between 20-30c. Any company interested in NWE will not allow the s/p to appreciate too much. Of course A-2 frac needs to be successful - not a given despite some of the ramping and commentary written lately.
