true... but david blake went to print quite openly claiming the Co would raise perhaps as much as 50M and that it would need to be at a significant discount... appears to have turned all negative on the co that until recently was in his port.

I believe, tho I have not had it confirmed that ACL indicated they would not need to raise anything like that sum... if at all.
