    Can the directors issue themselves more performance options without shareholders giving it the thumbs up? Right now onl 2 directors have direct share interests PC and JC have no direct holding in MAE? The only thing i didn't like about the ann is that the loan is backed by MAE's assets in other words we get nothing if there is no sale?
