Theres been a few specy replies on this thread recent.. I heard prices 950 - 1050k, but as some one did say...
its a complete beatup, for a load of (potentially) poor quality renovations, by sub tradies,
etc et c
some say, the propty's owe the promoters 1.5 M$ each !
but i doubt this as most/some/ partial expenses would have been recovered from huge media-advertising incomes...
