I lived there a while ago (1990) and loved it. Full of muso's, artyfarts, and at that time - quiet asian families.

The atmosphere was great, shopping on bridge road and eating at the pubs there...

Walking to the 'G' to see the Pies smash someone....

Great character and great streets.

It's not for everyone, but then again, nowhere is.

We found Toorak to be full of a bunch of protentious twats...but that was just because we had no idea back then....
