Well not your soul but your ZYL shares.
This is a crystal ball/hypothetical post just for the fun of discussion.
We have seen Broker valuations of 50/55c now. We write that $1 would be realistic in 12/18 months given good BFS, production starting and more and expanded drill results.
OK. The $1 target has many risk factors. BFS,Africa risk, the MOU/off take interest, the world price given uncertainty in Europe and possible slow down in India or China etc.....
So the question in at what price for a T/O would you be HAPPY to de-risk and take the money now?? The buyer then assumes all the risk, so must get a discount.
For me 50c is to low. 60c is getting close. 65/70c would be the money for me. That seems fair to both sides. We sell a $1 stock for 70c (now) but the buyer takes on all the risk. This figure represents a "discount" for the buyer so there is good upside for them. Some of the interested parties would use the coal themselves mostly so the off take risk would be lessened.
Remember ZYL coal is of the highest quality.
