    Trading halt are called when news or results are still pending so there is no leak prior to been made public.

    This deal was done under NDAs, any leak of the deal would have seen it disappear along with the pfizer partnership and cost reaapp alot of money in legal fees as they would have broken the NDA.
    The deal was signed and already done so no need for a trading halt.
