I can't see how anyone but traders are interested in this offer. It's not anywhere near the takeover premium which should be offered to a speculative stock.
I've invested in WPL for 20-30% gains in the next year.
I've invested in RAP for 200-300% gains in the next year.
I won't lose more than 20-30% of my WPL
investment
All of my RAP capital is at stake
I can't fathom why any long termer is interested when we have had only one quarter of sales presented to us
A 27% premium for WPL is reasonable, but entirely unreasonable for RAP
