This is the billion dollar question.
Unfortunately it has come to this where the company has been offered a deal too good to refuse. The same reason as to what price gets your YES Vote. We are all in it for the same reasons as the BOD. What is the number you sell any share, what percentage. An age old game that never really changes. A golden handshake has most likely been done where TK and BL will walk away with a great achievement onto the next big thing. As much as I dread to admit this it seems as we found a winner one of the ones that go down in history and are always brought back up. If only the deal was a partnership we would all receive golden handshakes. So what do we do. Well that is up to the individual. I will be saying no to every offer until we get a partnership with Apple. An amazing company like Resapp doesn't deserve to be gobbled up and treated just as another number.
