    thank you for your summation and very valuable input.. I can see where this is going ...is there anything SH can do before 22nd June to let management know how unhappy we are with this announcement.
    Would triggering and EGM be the way to go and get the real story on how this all unfolded if Dec 2021 was the starting point of discussions with Pfizer.
