the point i am making is that looking for addition of more shareholders, and their volumes in a three month time period (from time of confidentiality deed and the pfizer ann - , compared to other three month periods.

its background information - when you are looking for irregularities. its a long game (which we have to play in a short time period) so obtaining any or all information could be valuable, or it maybe a dead end, its all part of a due diligence process.

not looking for conspiracy theories, there maybe nothing there, maybe there will.

however, if the BOD were really upfront, they would provide a shareholders registry - fyg i have already formally requested this. to request a pre-dated shareholders registry is less normal, but not to provide same would appear to be obstructive - which could then be seriously questioned.

once i do have the two, i have a whizz kid data analyst that will spot anything odd. again its part of a DD on behalf of retail shareholders.
