Maybe you should re read the announcement mate, they announced that they 'intend'to declare a dividend of two cents per share, not 'will'. Now I firmly believe this will occur, however the 'market' is waiting for 'confirmation' of this. Hence my query-when they confirm the dividend will be paid the impact on the S.P could be significant.....
