    I agree peter600,

    Especially when there is a $30 Mill fat lady to sing at the ann.

    This will also affect timing of other agreements as other posters have mentioned.

    FIRB is essentially the last approval(as seen by the conservative share market) and with money also in the coffers, this ann. could be more like 50% IMHO.

    Looking towards FIRB.
