A very good question. I usually try to refer to comparables.
The most recent comparable (from today) is the Lihir sale of the Ballarat Gold Mine and all plant for just $4.5m.
Lihir write off $400m.
What is similar between Ballarat and CTO.....they both don't meet their production targets, development costs more than planned and no one wants to own it.
You make up your own mind but my guess is not much.
