I can't count the amount of companies that have been bought out cheaply over the years only for those new entities to successfuly turn a profit with the same resource.

The value of a company depends on what the buyer percieves to be fair at the time.

LGL have their sights set on large scale operations.

Ballarat doesn't fit into their business model so they have dumped it to focus on their current business expansion plans.

That doesn't mean that Ballarat wouldn't have eventually reached production of 50,000-70,000oz/year and profitably. It just means that LGL has a different business model.

Of course you will make something very sinister and negative out of all of this but I'm sure that viewers are getting the gist of your intentions of your posts.

When you see CTO's quarterly production figures stabilising and consistently increasing you will know that it is a buy.
