Peter Skene needs to have his position cemented in and then he will need to get his skates on because his area of responsibility has expanded and he is going to be needed everywhere. The pressure is building for Peter and hope to God he is up to it. His remuneration package should entice him but he will need a lot of support as well otherwise he will just be worked to the bone and performance will be hampered............just my thoughts and only because I am not sure if Jared is still employed.................some shared responsibilities going forward is required
