Beijing has been in an absolute halt in construction and all factories in the country have been closed for the past 3 months with the olympics etc. Now things have returned to normal here and the feeling is more upbeat than it has been for a while. Construction has started again in a big way. Maybe they'll start buying again. Thats a positive.
