    Can anyone comment on what price CUO should be to reflect their claimed merged value of $ 520 M.

    I roughed it out at 75 cents.

    Any thoughts? Yes, you would think if this price is right(75)then the current levels would be of great concern to anyone who thinks the merger should proceed.

    Hopefully it wont.
