Yes they did, and how that that turn out?? Diluted us nice folk, printed a few more shares for TO, and no value for SPP so participation was a non event. Overhang is so large there is shade across the desert for a while. In the end it’s the market that will price, no matter what it is your selling, it’s a simple concept.
