Most informed observers agree that a GMG cap raise is inevitable. 1-for-1, at a huge discount, to raise north of $1b (with some suggesting more than $1.4b is needed to ease the squeeze on this heavily indebted LPT).
Just wondering what the true believers think will be the price at which GG and his posse will pull the trigger. I would have thought they'd need a SP of at least 50c, to offer at 35c, given how furious the participants in the 90c offering are.
Since then, their contributions have more than halved in value as real estate prices crash. They will need a big reason to double dip.
I look forward to the announcement as I will probably buy a very big parcel once the discount is confirmed.
