I suppose the big question is, what is the SP worth with no debt? The current SP must factor that in so when you take the debt away it must have a positive effect, which might offset the effect of dilution? Anyone like to hazard a guess as to how that might pan out? As with other REITs though, I would suggest that in the current market there won't be a lot of interest until dividends are being issued, or at least the main activity will be for short term profit rather than long term holders.
